Can you tell me what the steps are in a registration procedure?
Before starting the registration process, please read our disclaimer. If you accept it, you can start the registration process.
Fill in the form with personal identification information completely and as accurately as possible. For fields in which you have no data, simply fill it with dash. Next choose one or more type of reports and services that you want to benefit from. Choose a User Name and Password.
Your user name and password are needed to login and access the reports, so be sure to select something that you will remember.
Now you can pay the reports and services that you have selected.
If you make the payment by credit card you will be able to see all the information that you want from the moment you registered.
If the payment is made through bank you will be able to see just the information that we provide for free until we have the money transferred into our account.

How do I make the payment?
The first way to make the payment for the reports and/or services that you have chosen is by Credit Card. After you registered you'll be asked to fill in a form regarding Credit Card payment. Just complete it with valid information and send it to us and you can use our information.
There is no fee for opening an account, nor is there a monthly charge to be a member. Please take note that in case we don't receive the money from your credit card in two days we will inform you and we will lock temporary your account until we settle this situation.
The second way to make the payment is by transfer the money to our Bank account. After you make that, send us by fax the confirmation of your payment.

How would I be charged on accessing information?
All our searches are FREE. You will ALWAYS receive a price tag giving you the price and an option to cancel your request!
You'll be charged for every report accessed according to the prices displayed on the screen. Your account will not be decreased if you were already charged for the same information in the last 48 hours.
The price for Financial report includes also the Key Ratios and Charts, and is calculated for all financial years. The price is the same if you choose to see one or all financial years. For Cases and Courts you'll be charged for each file accessed.
The price for Complete Report will be the sum of the prices for Company info report, Shareholders report, Financial Report.
If you request updated information, you will not be charged unless you request un update for Complete Report or Structure Report. There are a couple of different ways to save the information found by Printing and Downloading - free of charges.
If there is a charge associated with the action you chose, a price tag screen will ALWAYS be displayed giving you the price and an option to cancel your request!

Why my account is locked?
That might happen if you leave the work session without pressing "Logout" button showed in upper right of the page. In order to unlock your account you have to send us e-mail at: info@creditinfo.ro

How do I search for a company?
Click on the "Search" button from the main page. From this point you can search a company choosing one of the following criteria:
- Simple search: witch gives you the possibility to make the search after one of the following criteria
Fill in one of them and then follow the next steps:
- Click on to expand criteria.
- Type the search string and choose one of the following search type: contains - returns all companies containing the typed text. Match exact - returns only the company which match exact the typed text. Begin - returns only the companies, which begins with the typed text.
- Click "go".
- Advanced search: which gives you the possibility to make an extended search for companies after more than one criteria.
For example, if you want to see all the companies from Nicosia, which have the Capital between 100.000 (thousands CYP) and 4.000.000 (thousands CYP), fill in the field "Town/City" with Nicosia and fields in "Capital"("between" and "and") with the values you want and then click "Search" button.

What is Credit Watch and how does the service work?
Credit Watch and how does the service work?
Delos Credit Info offers you Credit Watch service that gives you the opportunity to receive daily news regarding company state.
You can use this service by choosing "Credit Watch" button from main page.
This wizard allows you choose one or more companies to be "watched".
- First step page of Credit watch activation give you some information about the state of the service. From here you can also see information like: Starting day, Ending day and the "watched" companies or you can deactivate a company from being "watched"
- The second step is to search the company that you want to be watched. We provide you two ways to doing this: after "name" or, if you are familiarized with our site after "Delos number" of a company. Fill in one of them and start the search by pressing "Go" button; you will see the search results in the page. Select the company that you want and go to next step.
- The final step shows you the companies that you have chosen.
Credit watch service will be available as long as your deposit is not empty or you didn't deactivate it.
**For the moment you can activate only five companies to receive news from.

What is Free Report?
Free Report represents a part from Company Information page that we allow you to see for free after yow just registered and we didn't activate your account, or in case that the amount of account doesn't allow you to buy any report.

What is Exchange rate?
Exchange rate is a service that we provide in order to help you to see the evolution of foreign currencies comparing to "CYP"(Cypriot national currency). The source that we use for exchange rates is National Bank of Cyprus.
